Meet Prakash

Prakash is a wonderful healing practitioner who graces us with her presence once a week every time she sees her clients. She is well-versed in a mix of modalities and we are honored to be hosting her Sound Journey and Ceremony this Saturday, September 15 from 3-5pm. We asked her five questions about her life, healing practice and workshop. Get to know Prakash!

Tell us a little bit about how you became an energy worker, healer and teacher.

I came from a family where child abuse (sexual, physical, emotional) was my norm. Growing up I always felt like an outsider though I was always part of the "popular crowd" My body, my inner feeling knew, I had a hunch something was keeping me from me. In my 20's, the man I was married to cheated on me. I was devastated, heart broken, confused, angry and I felt as though I was going to die-he was my first love :) This was a catalyst for me to discover who I was and love myself. I began studying life beyond this 3d realm. Then, a few years later, I was in an accident and began PT which led me to study Massage Therapy. Through my training in Massage School, I experienced my first repressed memory from my childhood. That was SCARY, BIZARRE and POWERFUL. The power of our mind and our bodies to forget, repress, block and keep us living our Highest Potential in JOY, ABUNDANCE and in our BLISS began my journey to activate more of my own healing journey. So I studied Reiki which led me to Shamanism, Mystical Teachings, Breathwork, Pranayam, Sound Healing, Kundalini Yoga and so much more. In doing so, I was and continue to be inspired to support people to EMPOWER themselves, activate their own Healing and create their dream life.

What are some tools you use everyday to make your life better?

Our human body Temple is a POWERFUL instrument. I fine tune and harmonize my Temple and align with Universal Principles and Laws in each moment. I see, feel, experience and remember we are all, everything is Infinite Possibilities operating in the DIVINE PERFECTION of Miracle Consciousness. Awareness through my breath, bringing myself into the present moment in each moment. Sound, Prayer, Ceremony, Ritual, Kundalini Yoga and seeing myself, the world and people with fresh eyes. Awe and Wonder setting my Intention and activating the creative process always :) These are my daily tools that are actually my way of living, not doing.

Who are some of your favorite teachers, bloggers, or personal heroes.

My son Jackson :) My inner child. Mother Theresa. Jesus. Isis. Kate Roger. Mehtab Benton. Yogi Bahjan, Richard Miller, Dr. Joe Dispenza to name a few.

Tell us a one-sentence affirmation that inspires you.

I am here, I am Infinite and Love is vibrating every cell and particle of my Being, my field and of us all, as us all.

Why is your work important and why should people come to your workshop?

Are you called to live and experience "YOUR" life? The life that you consciously choose and to embody your body, feel your feelings and be connected?

An empowered life of Abundance, Love, Joy, Bliss, Wellness, Freedom, Power, Fun, Grace, Peace, Infinite Possibilities, a life where you experience these authentically and so much more.

My work is important because it is the work of the human experience, the work of our Soul's journey and it extends to all lifetimes-past, present and future as well as all our relations. It is why we are here.

To remember, to create, to love, to be, to laugh, to be empowered and feel gratitude.
