Harpriya - Dana
In the last 20+ years, Dana has studied and taught Taoist qigong, been certified in Zen Shiatsu and Tui Na massage, studied and practiced Taoist and Tibetan meditation, yoga, Pilates, Kenpo-based self-defense, improvisational dance, acting and voice. She is a KRI-Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga and is a wellness coach-- founder of Zen Body Living. She also teaches meditation and mindfulness to recovering addicts. The synergy of her many disciplines gives her a uniquely inspiring and experienced perspective. When asked to sum up in a nutshell what she does Dana says, "I am a teacher. It's what I do by nature. When I see those little lights going off in people's heads-- and they are smiling (and maybe even laughing)-- I know I've done good work!"
