Kerry McKenna, Certified Rolfer, thrives on lighting the fire of change in people’s lives! With a background of movement theater, stage combat, gymnastics and dance, Kerry has explored and expressed bodies in motion her entire life. A graduate and professional Member of the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration in 2005, Kerry stays current in trends in Fascial Research and techniques in Rolfing SI and other holistic applications with workshops at least yearly. Her latest was about how aging affects posture, balance and sensory perception. Next: Perception and how it changes our posture and movement.
Through the lens of her professional training, and by interpreting a client’s experience intuitively and empathically, Kerry has a unique, integrated approach to “shape shifting”. Lecturing and demonstrating Rolfing S.I. is a particular passion, as well as writing and blogging. Kerry offers her unique class, “Stretching for the Working Stiff” for groups of 6 or more.
