Join Bunny on SATURDAY from 1-3pm for Foundations of Touch 👋🏼 Touch is an integral aspect of healing and connection that is lacking in our everyday lives. Loving, platonic, consensual touch has been hyper-sexualized and commodified in a way that negatively affects our abilities to access intimacy, vulnerability, and authentic connection to one another. Self-touch and shared-touch are important parts of care and connection. Touch can be a radical way to access compassion, equanimity, break down social boundaries, hierarchies, and barriers that otherwise limit connection. Foundations of Touch discusses and explores applied touch as a method of deeper connection and holistic healing. This workshop highlights the value and importance of touch in our every day lives through discussion and group exercises. In this workshop, with a safe space to encourage and explore intentional, consensual touch, participants are asked to explore their relationship to touch. Tune into your body, learn basic shared consent skills, and discover deeper authentic connection through touch with others in this intimate workshop. ----- Brittany "Bunny" Urick is a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC#75692) and Master Crystal Reiki Practitioner. Join us this FRIDAY from 7-9pm for LOVE IS THE ANSWER: A WOMEN'S SELF LOVE WORKSHOP. This workshop is a magical experience. It’s an opportunity for woman to truly show up for themselves and face the fears that are holding them back from trully living their best life. Opening up space to let go of what no longer is serving them and making space for the life they truly envision of living. Through ceremony we will look at the shadows that linger in the mind and with breath and reiki we will approach them with love and compassion through touch. With meditation and movement we will address the body and places that may be holding tension or stress from the western worlds busy life of having to show up in a routine that doesn’t allow us to remember who we are and what truly lives deep inside our hearts. This space is a sacred safe space amongst women in circle, where we can bring our guards down, expose ourselves without judgement and allow ourselves to break free. Giving us the opportunity to dive deeper into the root of what is holding us back from living our most authentic life in happiness and love. This workshop allows the space to surrender to one’s truth regardless of what that may look like. It’s an opportunity to remind us what it’s is we’re in search of and how to align it with the connection within our source and the life force energy we are born with. It’s an open invitation to heal. To heal the mind, the body and the spirit through an energetic release. To call in the woman inside of you and find the power to connect to your feminine and create the shifts in energy you need.
